CDS honed steel tube specially made for cylinders, which has high precision requirement on the material. The honed tube we made the inside diameter tolerance can be as tight as H7-H9, inside surface finish can be Ra 0.3 Micron or better. Straightness between 0.2-0.3mm/meter. ID: 30-1200mm, Wall thickness: 3_100mm.
We also provide CDS ready for honing tube. Tolerance H10.
